Setting Up a Warehouse Integration

Follow these steps to connect your Courier Connect Systems account with your warehouse provider.

Step 1: Access Warehouse Integrations

1. Login to your admin dashboard with your admin account
2. Go to Settings > Warehouse Integrations
3. Click + Add Integration

Step 2: Create the Integration

1. Select the provider from the dropdown (e.g., KCD, SKG, Sethwan, etc.)
2. Give it a name - Choose a descriptive name for easy identification
3. Set the status to Active
4. Click Create Integration

Step 3: Generate Your API Key

Once the integration is created:

1. Click the Actions button beside your new integration
2. Click Manage Keys
3. Click to generate a new API Key
4. Give the key a name for easy identification:
   • Example: Sethwan Integration
   • Example: Tasoko Integration
5. Expiration date (Optional) - You can set an expiration date, but this is for advanced use cases

API Key Expiration

Be careful when setting an expiration date. If the key expires and you don't rotate it in time, the integration with your warehouse will break.

Step 4: Copy Your API Key

IMPORTANT - Copy Your API Key Immediately

Ensure you copy the API key once the success screen appears. This key will only be displayed once and cannot be retrieved later. Store it in a secure location.

Configuring Your Warehouse Portal

After creating your integration and API key in Courier Connect Systems, you need to configure the integration in your warehouse portal.

Tasoko Platform Configuration

Follow these steps to configure the integration in your Tasoko warehouse platform.

Step 1: Access Courier Settings

1. Login to your Tasoko warehouse platform
2. Expand the menu by clicking the hamburger menu icon in the top right-hand corner
3. Click Couriers
4. Click the pen icon beside your courier name
5. Click Courier System API

Step 2: Enter API Configuration

Enter the following information in the Courier System API settings:

Field	Value
API Access Token	Paste the API key you created in the previous steps
Get Customers	https://[courier_code].courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/kcd
Add Package	https://[courier_code].courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/kcd/packages/
Update Package	https://[courier_code].courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/kcd/packages/
Update Manifests	https://[courier_code].courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/kcd/manifests/

Replace [courier_code]

Replace [courier_code] with your actual courier code. For example, if your courier code is speedycourier, your URLs would be:

• https://speedycourier.courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/kcd

Step 3: Save Configuration

1. Review all entered URLs for accuracy
2. Save the configuration
3. Test the integration by syncing a package

Sethwan Platform Configuration

Follow these steps to configure the integration in your Sethwan warehouse platform.

Step 1: Access Webhook Settings

1. Login to your Sethwan warehouse dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Click on Webhooks
4. Click New Webhook

Step 2: Configure the Webhook

Enter the following information:

Field	Value
Description	Courier Connect Systems Integration (or your preferred description)
URL	https://[courier_code].courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/warehouse/sethwan/webhook/

Replace [courier_code]

Replace [courier_code] with your actual courier code. For example:

• https://speedycourier.courierconnectsystems.com/api/integrations/warehouse/sethwan/webhook/

Step 3: Enable Events and Activate

1. Toggle all events to enable them
2. Toggle Active to enable the webhook
3. Click Create New

Verification Checklist

After completing the setup, verify that:

• [ ] Integration created in Courier Connect Systems
• [ ] API key generated and securely stored
• [ ] Warehouse portal configured with correct URLs
• [ ] API key/webhook is active
• [ ] Test package sync completed successfully

Troubleshooting

Issue: Packages Not Syncing

Solution:

• Verify the API key is correct and active
• Check that the URLs are entered correctly (no typos)
• Ensure your courier code is correct in the URLs
• Confirm the integration status is set to "Active"

Issue: Authentication Errors

Solution:

• Regenerate your API key if it may have been compromised
• Check if the API key has expired
• Ensure you're using the correct API key for the correct integration

Issue: Webhook Not Triggering (Sethwan)

Solution:

• Verify all events are toggled on
• Ensure the webhook is set to "Active"
• Check the webhook URL is correct
• Review webhook logs in Sethwan for error messages
